First experience was a 14 x 20 shed pad on a slope. The communication seemed fine and the quote and scheduling process was painless. After the crew arrived and did some measurements the slope was found to be more severe than I had measured. So the price went up, per the quote provided. It would have been helpful to know the method being used to measure the slope, so that the quote matched the actual cost (it went up 20%). That would have prevented a “surprise” when the crew was at the site ready to perform the work. As for the work done, there were two teams (building the platform and filling with stone) over two days, They showed up on time, worked professionally and the end result looks good. I have another, much bigger project (3 car oversized garage) next on my agenda and will definitely get a bid on it from Site Preparations – but I will ask more questions about how the estimate could change later!

[Site Preps] did a great job working with the members of the church, as well as, my son with coordinating a concrete pad for a pavilion that was an Eagle Scout Service Project. Understanding that there were budgetary constraints with the project they recommended a less expensive alternative that worked perfectly. Also, they didn’t hesitate when we threw in a last minute add on entrance ramp. Everything turned out wonderful and the church couldn’t be happier with the results!

Great group of people! From Lisa and Mike who handled the quote and scheduling respectively to Dan and his partner (his first day on the job too) who installed the pad for my shed. They were all professional courteous and friendly. There was great communication throughout the whole process even when the weather and some other factors threw us a curveball. I had put off getting a shed for fear of getting the site prepared. I live in the woods. When I contacted Site Preparations, LLC they told me not to worry…it’s what they do. I watched their video and I was sold. From there we made a date and I gave them a deposit. They called to confirm the week before and sent me an email the day they were coming. They called before arrival to let me know exactly when they’d be there. I had no idea how they would pull this off. 2 guys and a small bobcat like digger did it all. In no time it was done and it was perfect. Just like in the video. I could not have asked for more.
