Our Team

John Dienner
Position: Partner/CEO
About me:
I serve as Co-Owner and CEO at Site Prep, overseeing daily operations and helping our team deliver high-quality results for every customer. My brother Mike and I started the company in 2014, and it has been an exciting journey of growth and relationship-building ever since.
What I enjoy most about my role is working alongside a dedicated team and seeing our customers happy and excited about the work we do for them. Being born and raised on a dairy farm in Lancaster County, PA taught me the value of hard work and the importance of community—lessons that continue to shape the way I lead today.
Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my wife and our five children. Whether we’re traveling on mission trips, experiencing new cultures, or just gathering in the backyard, those moments are what I treasure most. One of our favorite family traditions is sitting around the campfire and enjoying simple finger food together. Along with family time, I enjoy cycling, hunting, grilling, and experimenting with new cooking techniques.
One of my favorite mottos is simple: “We’ll figure it out.” I’m passionate about community and love creating spaces where people can connect, encourage each other, and grow in their God-given gifts.

Michael Dienner
Position: Partner/Sales VP
About me:
I’m Michael Dienner, Co-Owner and VP of Sales at Site Preparations. Since we started the company in 2014, my passion has been creating systems that last, casting vision for the future, and brainstorming new ideas.
What I enjoy most is being part of a team that’s always growing, supporting one another, and building something strong together.
I grew up in Lancaster County as one of seven children and was raised on a dairy farm. Those early days taught me the value of hard work and teamwork. I got my start building sheds and garages for a local company, which laid the foundation for the path I’m on today.
Family is everything to me. I love spending time with my wife and children, whether that’s playing a ballgame together or sharing stories around the dinner table. I also enjoy playing sports like softball, pickleball, and basketball, as well as being outdoors hunting or raising horses. Some of my favorite moments are taking the horses out for a ride, heading to the mountains, or relaxing at the beach while taking in God’s beautiful creation.
Two of my favorite passages are from Matthew 7: “Every good tree bears good fruit… A good tree cannot produce bad fruit.” (verses 17–18) and “The wise man built his house on the rock, but the foolish man built his house on the sand.” (verses 24–27).
When I’m not with my family or out in nature, you’ll probably find me reading or studying. I love finding ways to grow myself so I can serve others better.

When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me with my wife and our two kids. We love traveling, discovering new places, and creating memories together. Sunny days at the beach and capturing life through photography are my favorite ways to unwind.

I grew up in Thorndale, PA, and was raised on the values my parents lived out every day, especially their deep love for people, which still guide me today. Outside of work, I serve as a minister, consultant, counselor, and patient care provider. I also have a passion for collecting antiques and discovering the stories behind them.

I went to school in Goshen, Indiana, moved to upstate New York at age 14, and came to Pennsylvania at 17. By the time I was 23, I had already started my own business. I enjoy working on equipment and trucks, as well as supervising to make sure work gets done right.
In my free time, I like being at my cabin and spend most of my off time there. I also enjoy troubleshooting control panels and pumps. Most of all, I want to be with my wife 24/7 and spoil her.

Today, I live on a small parcel divided off the family farm with my wife, our daughter, and plenty of pets. I still enjoy helping on the farm after work or whenever planting and harvest season comes around.
