Going into this project I was terrified of all the residual costs that sneak up on you as they do with any construction project. The fellas at site preparations made this much smoother than I could have expected. They dealt with all the tedious tasks of permit acquisition, inspector scheduling and most importantly the physical work of digging 3’ footers during a heat wave. Special shout out to Sam and his companion who i unfortunately can’t remember his name at the moment, and John. Do not hesitate to call upon these gentlemen for any of your site prep needs!
