Jonas and Marv showed up on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and precise. It was clear from the start that their experience and workmanship was going to produce a great product and that proved itself just a little over 3 hours later with a very neat and tidy job. They kept the area clean throughout the job and it remained that way when they left for the day. Sylvan and Jesus showed up on time and started right in on the shed pad. They started at 7:30 am and had everything finished and cleaned up and on their way at 10:30 am. They really had working as a team down pat and did an excellent job. If you need work that this company offers by all means hire them; you won’t be disappointed. Kudos to them, I’m above satisfied.

Huge shout out to Site Preparations, LLC in Gap, PA. They are true professionals. From our initial review of their Facebook page and website to submitting our interest and request for an estimate to their incredibly quick response. Everyone we were in contact with through the entire process were awesome. We were in complete confidence the job would be done well. The Site Preparations site crew did an incredible job preparing the site for our new Black Bear Sheds “Studio Shed” coming in a mid-November. Elmer and Mark did an awesome job [*as did Dave, who came by later in the afternoon with the replacement track and lent a hand off-loading stone]. Elmer called 10 minutes before arriving to confirm that they were on the way. Upon arriving, they immediately got to work. They faced a few unforeseen challenges from a massively out of level site 18+ inches, unexpected large roots, a broken machine track, and a run for a bit more stone. And, they did not flinch and responded to the challenge to do what was needed to get the job done without issue. I am incredibly impressed with the complete professionalism of the entire organization and the project management from start to finish. I would very strongly recommend Site Preperations to anyone in need of their services. It was a wonderful pleasure working everyone on the Site Preparations team. PS: Our 3-year-old granddaughter, Ruthie, loves playing on and around the site. She’s so excited to have a new play area to explore …. and keeps asking when the shed is coming.
