The office was proactive with phone contacts and date scheduling with an arrival time frame. The team was on time, professional, hard working, reviewed the project with me and cleaned up the area and their equipment when completed. I am very happy with the result. They also took some time to answer questions concerning another future project and provided me with potential options and a brochure. We were given a lead time of 6-8 weeks so were pleasantly surprised when the job was scheduled after two weeks. Sylvan and Josh were punctual, worked skillfully and diligently, and completed the 12×18 foundation in just over three hours. They respected our property such that, other than the new foundation, it wasn’t apparent they had been there. The result is a fantastic base for our new shed. We highly recommend them and Site Preparations!

Our site was challenging. Lots of buried boulders and a bit of a slope. They worked with us to decide exact placement of the shed foundation, and saved us money buy moving it to an area with a little less slope. They were up front and honest with us about some of the site challenges, and why there would be extra costs involved. They did a fantastic job, quality work, and above all, honest. Would recommend to anyone looking for a crushed rock shed foundation.

Very good communication with this organization. Dates were set and the crew arrived within fifteen minutes of the time agreed to even though it was a two hour drive. The crew was very polite and answered any questions asked. In three and a half hours the job was complete and the site cleaned up completely. If I ever need this kind of work done again I wouldn’t even think to call anyone else. Thank you again.

They were super efficient and precise laying the foundation for my sunroom, meeting all of the requirements I had in mind. They were also very professional. It was a pretty impressive operation. Great experience.

Before they even showed up to the site, I was impressed by Site Preparations professionalism. The company sent a video of what to expect and provided a written estimate. Another company I tried to work with did everything verbally and were really sketchy about the scheduling. I’m glad I decided to go with Site Prep instead.

Leroy and Dave did an outstanding job on our shed foundation. Leroy even pulled out a root and part of a stump using his machine that were left from a tree removal on the site instead of just building up around it.

They did an excellent job on my stone foundation! Easy to work with and fair prices. Would recommend them to anyone.
