Rodney and David called with courtesy calls to keep me apprised of his timing. When he arrived he verified what I was hoping to achieve before he started.
Using his laser level he laid out our 14’ x 16’ pad. Our site was sloped and needed some extra beams.
Rodney has been raised by good parents. He was pleasant at all times but worked hard in the heat and humidity.

The gentlemen from Site Preparations, LLC, were excellent! Throughout the process, I was updated and contacted as to their date of installation, confirmation the day before, and prior to arrival.
On the day of arrival, they arrived on time and immediately got to business. They were very thorough on the install of the pad, ensuring the site was level and being very precise in the digging for the perimeter, so as not to cause any unnecessary damage to the surrounding area.
Work was done quickly and professionally. Totally satisfied!

The guys who put in the shed came to the house on time. They were extremely patient in listening to the angle that I wanted the foundation to be placed in the yard. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and did an excellent job leveling the foundation. I would highly recommend them to anyone who ask.
