A great job and Leroy and Dave were great on the last minute changes. I would recommend if you have a choice to get those two guys. Leroy and Dave will give you their best effort until it’s done to your satisfaction.

Sylvan and Ruben did an excellent job on our stone foundation!! Very prompt, neat and friendly! Highly recommend their work and customer service! A real pleasure do work with!!

Site Preparations LLC superseded all of our expectations!!! The professionalism, courteousness, dedication and hard work from both Mark and Elmer went above and beyond anything we could ever have imagined!!! They kept us informed of the process, and completed the job in (what seems like) no time at all! We highly recommend Site Preparations LLC, and cannot say enough about Elmer and Mark!!! The quality of the work they did was definitely worth the price! We can’t wait to tell everyone about this wonderful company!!!

Jonas,Dave, and Sam were neat, professional, and polite. Very efficient.

Very professional, fast, great job!

Great Job LeRoy and Dave! They arrived when they said they would, worked with me on the pad location, and proceeded to do a great job!
They were both very professional and courteous and left the site cleaner then they found, and ready for the shed!
Quite happy with the results, and would confidently recommend them to others.

The crew was very good and professional. They called me to ask if the could come earlier then the scheduled time. They really know how to take care of the customer. They asked the right questions about my shed and explained what they were going to do. They also cleaned up the yard and the street where the dumped the gravel.

Great job Team Leroy!!
Thank you!!

Sylvan and Reuben were awesome! Not an easy job due to the slope, but worked out well with their experience. Friendly, courteous and very professional team. Now just waiting for the shed to arrive.
