Called the day before and also right before they came. Very professional, efficient and neat. Leroy and Dave did an excellent job.

With one exception, everything about this company was about as perfect as could be. Someone came to survey the site weeks beforehand, the workers arrived on schedule and did excellent work on a 90-degree humid day. The exception was that the foundation was 8 inches too small in one direction. Instead of using the inside dimension, where the shed goes, they used the outside dimension, including the frame, where the shed does not go. I regretted my decision to have the length be the same as the shed, rather than 2 feet more, as is usual. But I had discussed this at the pre-survey and thought that it was understood. I also regretted not discussing it again with the construction crew. In the end, I had the shed size reduced by one foot and that’s that. Not a huge deal. The blame is as much mine as theirs and the outcome was OK.

Early to start the job, finished quicker than estimated and did an excellent job. Feel it it well worth the money!

Today site prep llc arrived to install a new shed pad/foundation. From the emails and communications, to ease of website use, start to finish process was one of the best contracting experiences I have had. The gentleman showed up ready to work, clean and presentable, as well as a level of courtesy most contractors have seemed to have lost or forgotten. We briefly met in the pad location and discussed proper planning, as well as a debrief of the entire project plans start to finish, which gave me a peace of mind and clarity of the project. The work was started, and completed in a timely manor and property and project areas were left just as they appeared before their arrival. I would recommend anyone to not only get a quote or have services performed by site prep llc, but to also enjoy and take in the experience of dealing with caring, hard working, professional contractors that get the job done, and done right. Great experience, cannot wait to use your services elsewhere for future projects, thanks again Leroy, Dave and Sam for an amazing finished product. The neighbors are already complimenting your work and your skill.

After they gave me the date for the installation of the base they followed up with updates to confirm. They showed up at the appointed time and got right to work. Every step of the job looked very well done and neat the end result of this job was an extremely well done foundation. This Crew and others that I dealt with at the company we’re always very considerate of my questions and my concerns. Again I just wanted to say what a great crew and a great job !!!

I could not have asked for better crew than Sylvan and Rueben. My property had a unique shape/angle and they were very creative to make sure the pad was square with my house that is angled about 200 feet away. Very nice and professional. Highly recommended! Thank you Sylvan and Rueben!!
