They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their estimate was fair and the quality of work was outstanding. The day of the job the crew I had was lead by Leroy and his assistant was Dave. We scoped out the project and shared our thoughts. Once the best layout was determined they got to work and completed a perfectly level base, it’s almost too nice for a shed and could be used for a patio it’s so perfect. I’m sure this will last as long as I’m in my house so I may not need their service again but I saved all their contact information to have on hand for referrals.

On time, did what was expected, very professional and efficient. Overall we are very pleased with the pad and the crew did a great job.

Rodney and David called with courtesy calls to keep me apprised of his timing. When he arrived he verified what I was hoping to achieve before he started.
Using his laser level he laid out our 14’ x 16’ pad. Our site was sloped and needed some extra beams.
Rodney has been raised by good parents. He was pleasant at all times but worked hard in the heat and humidity.
I strongly recommend Site Preparation to anyone looking for a shed foundation. You do NOT want to try to do this yourself!

The gentlemen from Site Preparations, LLC, were excellent! Throughout the process, I was updated and contacted as to their date of installation, confirmation the day before, and prior to arrival.
On the day of arrival, they arrived on time and immediately got to business. They were very thorough on the install of the pad, ensuring the site was level and being very precise in the digging for the perimeter, so as not to cause any unnecessary damage to the surrounding area.
