Mark and Elmer arrived by 7 15 and had the shed demolished and the site prepared for the new shed in less than 3 hours. They cleared the site of debris and even moved some liatris for me out of the way of the new ramp. Highly recommended.

This morning Site Prep installed a 12′ X 16′ gravel base pad for a 10′ X 14′ shed . The work was completed in three hours/ the results were excellent/the quality of the work and skills of the two young men who did the installation were A-1. The workers were courteous and efficient and explained what I could expect prior to beginning the job.

Up front I was told that some alterations would be needed to the site terrain, what the required alterations would be and that I could expect an adjustment would be made to Site Prep’s original quote. I was prepared for that possibility from communications I had had with Site Preparations prior to submitting my work order. I found the resulting cost adjustment more than reasonable, particularly in light of how well the job was done.

I recommend Site Preparations without reservation to anyone considering shed installation or other landscaping work of the kind described on the Site Preparations’ website.
