There were no cut corners, no miscommunication, no slacker employees with bad attitudes. A refreshing pleasure to deal with this company compared to most contractors. I’d give them another star if I could!

Have nothing to compare, otherwise I would probably check “good value” too. Mark from Site Prep came and worked alone, in the cold, into the dark to try to finish then came back early and did a magnificient job, again alone, hauling timbers, tools, and stone, working the Ditch witch and by hand to fill an area for a 12 x 16 shed. Mark is a neat, courteous, (Sweet too!), hard working young man, who would be an asset to any company. Great job, Mark and Site Prep for hiring him.

Definitely wouldn’t go with anyone else for a shed foundation after dealing with Site Prep. 100% professional through and through, did the build quickly and easily 😀 Can’t recommend them enough. Dave and Leroy were on point 😀 If I ever need another shed at a new home, I’ll definitely be using them again 😀
