They were also very courteous, knowledgeable and patient in addressing any question that I had. They also showed great attention to details and left the job site very clean. When a mistake happened with my assessment of positioning for my shed, a last minute change needed to occur with the position of my shed. Sylvan was wonderful on day one, but by day two he was my saving grace!! Site Prep was my hero!

Guys showed up on time, very professional, friendly, and courteous. But now I’ve got a great base waiting for my shed to be delivered!

Very impressed with the attention to detail, the work ethic and overall craftsmanship of the job done by Jonas and Merv! They were non stop and did a fantastic job on my 16×26 stone foundation. Could not be more happy with the job they did for me. Great work guys!!!

Regretfully I didn’t get the names of the men who installed my shed pad. In a few short words, “FANTASTIC JOB”. They were professional and worked very methodically together.

Sylvan and crew did an excellent job on the framing and pad. The area is noticeable difference from before. It’s sturdy and will hold up for many years. They were fast and clean up. I would highly recommend Site Prep, LLC crew to anyone asking.

This company did my neighbors shed site . When they did the job they parked there tri axle trucks in my yard and when they left drove through it leaving huge ruts . When I showed them the pics Sam agreed that that was uncalled for and agreed to pay for the repair . I gave him a price for the dirt and grass seed I had to buy at only $50 very reasonable and didn’t charge anything for the hard work I have to do to spread the dirt and seed. After a couple months of texting and Sam saying he would pay he has decided to no longer return my text or calls and never paid. What a piece of crap company. I’m sure if someone ruined property of theirs they would like to be reimbursed for it. Total assholes!!! I will bash them to everyone always hope the $50 is worth it!!!

Our apologies for your poor experience with our company. You are absolutely right, we let the ball drop on this. We were supposed to send you a check to cover the accidental damage to your lawn and we missed doing that.
