Silvan was outstanding. He arrived a resounding 15 minutes early. His move-in strategy was great – nothing damaged in the street, or sidewalk, or my masonry steps or walkway, or my plants. Silvan’s backyard strategy for maneuvering the 2 vehicles was perfect. His measurements, the stakes in the ground, the orange markings, and the leveling of the ground until balanced (as indicated by the metrics on his tools) was flawless!!! In other words, “He nailed it”! Silvan was adaptable to ground imperfections and my modifications. He was always courteous; he answered my questions, and explained or showed me visuals to support his professional decisions. The wood-frame corners fit together seamlessly. The covering and stone bed was super flat. The cleanup and move-out was impeccable. No damage, no dirt left behind, and everything was put back.
You exceeded my expectations at every turn (from online quote- to follow-ups – to the video – to the early and stellar installation – to move out).
The project was done so well, that I was looking around for other projects that I could use SitePreparation LLC for again. Thank you Silvan, Thank you everyone at SitePrep.
