Supporting Vulnerable Children in Thailand
At SitePrep, we believe responsibility extends beyond our construction and site preparation work. Through our community outreach efforts, we support organizations dedicated to protecting vulnerable children from exploitation and providing safe, stable futures. This page explains why this cause matters and how you can help.
Our Mission
We’re committed to supporting New Vision for Life through our business success, helping fund housing, food, healthcare, and education for children who need it most. But it’s more than just giving—it’s about creating hope. When children have a safe place to live, proper nutrition, and caring teachers, they can dream bigger and reach their full potential. That’s why we care, and that’s why we act.

The Mission at New Vision For Life
New Vision for Life is a residential care home dedicated to supporting Thai children affected by hardship, neglect, or abuse, providing safety, stability, and opportunities to heal and grow.
This information is shared for awareness and educational purposes, emphasizing the importance of prevention, compassionate care, and long-term support for at-risk children.

Realities Facing Vulnerable Children in Thailand:
Child Trafficking
Trafficking of children remains a serious global concern. According to international data on human trafficking risk, children from Thailand and neighboring regions are vulnerable to various forms of exploitation across borders.
Global organizations such as UNICEF and the International Labour Organization (ILO) report that trafficking can involve forced labor, sexual exploitation, and other abuses, particularly where families face economic hardship, displacement, or lack of access to services.
Global trafficking reports consistently show the United States ranking among the highest-impact countries for child trafficking cases. This information is provided for awareness and educational purposes. For more detailed country-level comparisons on trafficking indicators, data compiled at World Population Review offers a broad overview of trafficking risk by country.
War in Burma (Myanmar)
Ongoing conflict in neighboring Myanmar (Burma) has displaced many families, forcing parents to seek safety across borders and leaving children vulnerable to instability and exploitation.
poverty
Severe poverty means many parents cannot provide basic needs. In desperation, some leave their children in homes, hoping they’ll be cared for—but this often leads to uncertainty and danger.
Parents in Prison or Absent
Many children come from families where both parents are imprisoned or one is absent, leaving them without stability, a safe home, or a dependable caregiver.
Limited or no education
A lack of educational opportunities traps children in the cycle of poverty. Many cannot attend school consistently, leaving parents desperate and forced into heartbreaking decisions.
How your support makes a difference
1. A Safe Home for the Youngest Children
Our goal is to create a dedicated home for children ages three and under, who are often the most vulnerable and easily overlooked in large care environments.
Two potential properties are currently under consideration:
- Option 1: $250,000
- Option 2: $400,000
Staff and caregivers are prepared to serve as soon as a suitable property is secured.
Target timeline: Spring 2026.
2. Nutritious Food
Access to consistent, nutritious meals is essential for healthy growth and development.
In many cases, government funding provides only limited daily food support per child ($1 per child per day), which often covers only basic staples. Protein-rich foods, fresh produce, and dietary variety require additional resources.
Your support helps ensure children receive:
- balanced meals
- adequate nutrition
- improved overall health
3. Legal Documentation
Many children lack official birth records or legal documentation.
Securing proper documentation:
- enables school enrollment
- improves access to healthcare
- opens pathways to employment and independence later in life
This is a critical but often overlooked step toward long-term stability.
4. Healthcare and Medicine
In a shared living environment, illness can spread quickly.
Ongoing access to:
- routine medical care
- preventive treatment
- essential medicines
helps protect children’s health and reduces long-term risks.
5. Compassionate Teachers and Caretakers
Children thrive when they are supported by consistent, caring adults.
Limited funding often leads to:
- low wages
- high staff turnover
- reduced continuity of care
By supporting fair compensation and training, we can attract and retain dedicated educators and caregivers who provide stability, encouragement, and trust.

Together, We Can Make a Difference
Right now, hundreds of children are waiting for the basics we often take for granted—a safe home, a warm meal, and someone who truly cares. The youngest are especially vulnerable, often overlooked in the crowd of 600. Without proper nutrition, healthcare, and documentation, their futures remain uncertain.
Your support can change that
Every gift helps create a safer, healthier, and more hopeful tomorrow. You can provide a loving home for the youngest, nutritious meals, essential medicine, legal documentation, and compassionate teachers who will guide them toward a brighter future.
Please consider giving today
Every child deserves hope, and every day makes a difference.‘True spirituality that is pure in the eyes of our Father God is to make a difference in the lives of the orphans, and widows in their troubles, and to refuse to be corrupted by the world’s values.’ James 1:27
Why SitePrep Supports This Cause
While SitePrep’s core work focuses on site preparation and foundation services, we believe businesses can play a role in creating positive change beyond their industry. Supporting children’s safety, education, and well-being reflects the values we bring to every project we take on.
