Who We Are
Site Prep is a family-owned company specializing in…what else but site preparation! Our primary services are installing foundations for sheds, garages, gazebos, horse barns, pavilions, and other outdoor structures. We also offer demolition services and drainage systems for outdoor buildings.
Currently, our service area covers most of the Mid-Atlantic USA, including parts of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Virginia. Our main headquarters are in beautiful Lancaster County, PA.

John Dienner

I started at Site Prep in: 2014
About me:Â I grew up in Lancaster PA on a dairy farm. I love working with customers and providing them a team that will strive to give the best quality product and service. I enjoy hunting, running, biking, and exploring the world.
Michael Dienner
Position: Owner/Project Manager/Retail Sales Manager
I started at Site Prep in: 2014
About me:Â I enjoy creating systems to better serve the customers and the crew members. I love hearing happy raving customers. Also, I enjoy hunting, traveling, playing sports and spending time with my wife and children.
Elizabeth Hingle
Position:Â Site Inspector
I started at Site Prep in: 2021
About me: I grew up on a farm in Kentucky with my 11 siblings. I like driving to all the surrounding states, talking to new people, and working for good hardworking honest people. I enjoy playing the piano, riding my motorcycle, painting, hanging out with friends and family.

I started at Site Prep in: 2021
About me: I was born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania. I have a passion for helping others. I enjoy of the ability to learn and grow. I like gardening, learning about taxes, and spending time with my family.
Jesse Stoltzfus

I started at Site Prep in: 2019
About me: I Â enjoy working with my team and meeting new people. I enjoy playing sports, hunting, hiking, running and spending time with friends in the great outdoors.
Sylvan Beiler
Position:Â Foreman
I started at Site Prep in: 2019
About me: I Â enjoy doing precision grading to leave the site looking neat and cleaned up. Also, I like experimenting on different projects in our small repair shop. I enjoy hunting, hiking, biking, running reading and spending time in the great outdoors.
Jonas Blank

About me: I was born and raised on a farm. I worked as a carpenter almost 8 years until I started working for Site Prep. I enjoy meeting new people and working with my team. I like spending time with my family in the outdoors. Also, I am a beekeeper.
Leroy Beiler
Position: Foreman
I started at Site Prep in: 2020
About me: I built backyard sheds before and started installing stone pads. I like meeting new people and seeing different places. I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two boys.
Mark Stoltzfus
Position: Stone Pad Installer
I started at Site Prep in: 2019
About me: I enjoy driving around the state and working with my team. I like to communicate with new people and help them with their building projects. I enjoy fishing, biking, reading, playing sports and spending time in the outdoors.
Elmer Fisher
Position: Stone Pad Installer
I started at Site Prep in: 2021
About me: I Â enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors and getting things done. Beside that, I like fishing, grilling, spending time with my horses and helping out on a ranch in Wyoming.
