Bryant M. – Concrete Garage Foundation in Port Deposit, MD

This 20×20 concrete garage foundation was built in Port Deposit, MD. It was built for Bryant Moore on off level ground. The back right corner was 23″ low, and the back left corner was 25″ low. Although the crew had to be careful not to drive over a nearby drain field, the trucks had access through a side yard. Within 8-10 weeks, Bryant hopes to have a 20×20 doublewide garage installed on this 20×20 concrete shed foundation. Because this new garage has a wood floor, the concrete shed foundation crew did not need to raise the foundation as much.
